Acquires Peaktime TV Planning and Yield Management Business.
Telmar, a long established, leading
worldwide supplier in the Media industry, has agreed to join forces
with the Peaktime Yield and Break business unit. The resulting company,
Telmar Peaktime S.A.S., keeps the Peaktime brand and becomes part
of the worldwide Telmar group of companies. Together, the Telmar
and Peaktime Break and Yield businesses create the world’s
largest, independent media planning software company.
With offices throughout the world,
Telmar services the all media planning needs of the world’s
leading advertisers, agencies and media in 25 countries. The merging
of Peaktime’s leading broadcaster and agency client base throughout
a dozen European countries, results in a total of 30 countries served
by the combined company. It also adds Paris to the offices and support
centers of the global Telmar organization.
